I have a 2001 f250 sd and Im on my third set of rotors . This set has only lasted three months has anyone else had this problem I also pull a fifth wheel if that has anything to do with it.
When you are installing your new rotors and pads make sure to remove the part of the caliper that slides and clean and lube the slide pins.
The next thing to check is your brake controller it may not be applying enough voltage to the trailer brakes. I took the brakes out of my last TV because the controller was one of the cheap ones and wasn't up to the job.
As Rv puller has stated above ,also chk that the slides are not worn.If they are the caliper gets skewed and will also cause the brake pads to not back away from the rotors. Also who is putting the wheels back on this vehicle ? they need to be torqued properly to help prevent warping.

Check out the Powerslot cyro'ed rotors and Hawk brake pads. They deal with the towing weights and help to stop you lots slower too! They have been the best non HP mod I have doen to my truck!! If you have any questions let me know.
Make sure YOU always torque the lugnuts. The monkeys at the shops like to torque the first one really tight before they go to #2... Also, are you seating your brakes good? As soon as you finish the install, take the truck to 60 and brake down to 10, then back to 60 and brake down to 10 a little harder. Do this about 10 times, each time harder until they are good and hot. Don't stop during this process..
