2 part primer
i finished the filler work on my truck and began spraying the repairs with some 2k primer. i got carried away and got a coat of primer on the old factory paint that i was planning to spray with surfacer after i did a complete body sand.my paint dealer told me i couldnt sand this primer so how can i get it off the areas i havent sanded yet

A primer that cannot be sanded ?? Hmm, thats a oddity. Even epoxy primer can be sanded, not really something a person wants to do though . 
If lacquer thinner wont remove it, then it will be sanding for you again. good luck
