How do you remove...

The white blower motor wheel from the actual blower motor? I am going to pick up a replacement one today for my '95 4cyl (a Seimens brand). The replacement motor doesn't come with the wheel. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to remove it! My Haynes manual doesn't tell me either.

Is there a set screw on the side, or one in the end of the motor shaft?

It may be a friction fit and pull off. My ranger is older and I believe it had a friction fit fan.

I believe they pull off, it's very very hard and easy to break as they are plastic. I tried it once on an 84 and broke it, I then gave up. Took the new motor back, and then took the ranger to the shop. 250.00$ later, it was working. They seem to be pressed on some how, good luck as you will need it.
