WVO Pick up

I am getting ready to make bio and I was curious as to everyones method of picking up the WVO. Do you put out a drum for them to poor it in, then pump it out, or just pickup the old drum and put out a new one? Just curious as to everyones method.

I have my sources put it back in the "cubes" that they get it in. They like it cause it saves them room in their dumpsters, and I don't get any water in the oil.

Some people have a problem with water in the barrels they use, mostly because the resturant employes leave the drum uncovered. We have cold winters here, and the oil is to thick to pump out in winter, so buy using the "cubes" it is eaisier to use.
