3 on the tree links....

i am pulling my engine tomorrow....it's a 360 out of a 68 f100... are there any tips, tricks, or anything i should know before taking that 3 on the tree linkage apart? i like to double check, and research before i pull things apart. thanks guys. -tony

me and my dad switched my 3 on the tree to 3 on the floor with ease. btw. 1970 with 302

thanks for all the help guys...but i got it taken car of. it was no sweat. if anyone out there needs to know how to do it just ask me...i would be happy to help.
