When you click on links to various merchants on this site and make a purchase, this can result in this site earning a commission. Affiliate programs and affiliations include, but are not limited to, the eBay Partner Network.
Ebay-wise you can also consider getting the Ford service CD. Typically they go for about $10. I have the 97 one and it is helpful as a resource, despite the pretty lousy drawings. But for the price, alot of info.
I would also like to join in and praise FTE: When you live in Europe you really have a hard time to find any knowledgeable Ranger people! So thanks for the help so far and I look forward to a much more interesting knowledge-sharing
If you want to start a "spirited" discussion, just start a thread like this:
1) Anybody had good luck with Amsoil?
2) How much horsepower did you gain with that K&N airfilter?
3) What performance mods can I do for $1.50?
4) What can I do to gain 50HP, and 5MPG?
Wendell, Waves, or Bill, I'm sure you guys can welcome gnewby, and suggest some more thread topics!!!
yea im pretty sure those topics are instantly closed although i did laugh when i read it. there are others that will spawn getting a topic closed tho. we have had some pretty stupid fights that we can all look back at and laugh.
I'd also recommend the new users consider becoming supporters, doesn't cost much. Helps keep the forum going and you'll make it back in what you save on fixes and advice. The good thing is the help is here regardless [except for my exhaust manifold/converter question that seems to have taken a dive].
If I could afford to join I sure would! One of these days I hope to! This site is like my second home, just not much for posting but do a lot of reading.
