Ed that should about do it along with the carb and it's linkages. I have done this change out and would like to warn you that you may be disappointed in the difference in performance. If you are buying a new manifold and carb, you will never recover the cost.

Ed. Before you jump in to put a new manifold on your FE, look around and see if you can find a good used aluminum one. Not so much for performance, but because you can take about 60 pounds off the top of your motor that way. The old cast iron units weigh more than 90#, and the aluminum ones about 30#. Worth the money.
