which bed do you have? do you have the square bed from the late 50's trucks? do you have a unibody? or is your bed the same as the 64 and up styleside or do you have a stepside? different beds all take differnt tailgates.

The tail gate I need is for a 63 uni-body. About 67" long and 21" high. Thanks for the reply. Jerry

Jerry A "good" unibody tailgate is usualy hard to find,the price can be out of sight and they are not good looking, helping to earn these trucks the nick name of butt ugly. I have seen two custom made smoothed tailgates that followed the lines of the body that look 10 times better than the factory did.

Your l0cal glass shop should be able to get you one. I can get one thru mine for about 120$.
