fuel siphon
howdy,
i'm a newbie on this site. anyway, does anyone know if fuel can be siphoned out of a '04 svt lightning's? my girl almost filled up my truck with regular.
i was wondering if i could use a small-diameter clear hose to remove the fuel. however, i'm not sure if i could damage any internal parts such as, fuel indicator, etc.

Be careful of the vent tube inside the filler tube, if you feel any resistance turn the siphon hose a bit to get clear of it. If you knock that vent out of position, you will have problems getting fuel in it.
