This is called "more money than brains." Sadly it's often a self perpetuating cycle. It just amazes me at how ingenious people are when it comes to being a better idiot.

Well, we could go on and on and on, but being a recovering boat owner, I once in a long while, when I am bored to tears, go out to the local boat launch ramp, and just sit there in total amazment of how stupid people can be. There just is not any entertainment on TV that will ever come close to it!. I oft' wonder how much fiberglass gets left on a ramp in a years time!
