The stick fun I have is the 95 Rover Disco (wife drives it soccer mom) it has a ZF 5-speed synchro reverse. This with a cam, chipped 4.6 vs stock 3.9, ported heads and exhaust system plus heavy sway bars and springs (street no dirt vehicle) a surprise vehicle against many lesser brands. With 6 vehicles the truck is the only slush box, others stick.

As he slams left foot on the brake reflexing for the clutch, happens more than I want to addmit.

I'm new to this forum and have been going through posts trying to research what I'll have to do to swap the drive line from a 1971 LTD with a 429 and c6 into my 1970 F100 ong bed with a 240 six and 3 on the tree. I understand that I should relocate the drain plug on the engine to the back of the pan, and that I may have to get a RH side truck exhaust manifold since the car manifold doesn't have enough clearance when put in a truck. What other modifications do I have to do to the transmission and drive shaft to make this switch. I wanted to put a floor mounted transmission shifter in it and will have some fabrication to do to make that work. Any information and advice you might have would be appreciated
