Trac Loc upgrade
I posted this in the differential forum but didn't get much response, what about you guys?

95 F150. I think my LS is a little worn. If I get on the gas hard from stand still, I hear a noise from the rear end and only one tire will break loose. I've read on here that Ford has an upgrade kit for this with more clutches.
How much for this kit and scale of difficulty installing? Should this be left to a professional, or can it be done with common tools?
Any info on this topic would be appreciated.
Also hearing pros and cons about the friction modifier in the LS. What's your opinion?
