messed up electrical

i have a 1998 f-150 4x4 with a 4.6L and a 5 speed. When i push my clutch in my starter starts turning over and when im just idling my door locks go nuts whats wrong with my truck?

For the first, you have a wiring fault at the clutch pedal position switch (CPP).

For the second, there's a few possibilities.

Has anyone been tinkering under dash?

problem update

well it quit doing that on its own, which is wierd. but the only tinkering onder the dash was astereo install but that just plugged into the factory wire harness. also the truck would start immediately when the key was turned. By this i mean there was no inbetween (nutural and start) no ignition then after it was running the starter would kick in every time the clutch was pressed in. so i pulled the starter fuse after it was running to get home.
