Service Records
Ford sell's the cars/trucks to Dealers, who in turn sell them to the public.
The buyer has no legal obligation to take his purchase back to the dealer to have 100% of the service performed. Your free to take it anywhere, do it yourself or not do it at all. Thus, any record that a dealer might have would most likely be incomplete.
Also keep in mind that dealerships are NOT owned by Ford (or GM, DCX, etc). They are separate, legal entities. Except for specific business reasons (recall work, warranty registrations, warranty re-imbursements, etc) Ford can't and doesn't require Dealers to turn over 100 % of the information about their customers.
So unless you know exactly WHERE you vehicle was serviced every time, and you have a good working relationship with that facility (like you own it) you will most likely NEVER get the information your looking for.

I bought a 98 Explorer last year and found all the dealer service records there since 2002. It was under the service and maintenace tab. You will have to register your vehicle first.
Before I found this info, I checked through a Ford dealership to determine what and at which Dealer all the recalls and warrantee work had been done. Went to that Dealership and asked them to run the VIN number and tell me what work had been done. Told them I wanted to find out what service the Explorer needed and that I would be having my service done there. (luckily, it was a local dealership anfd apparently the only dealership the former owner used).
The Service guy couldn't have been more helpful. As soon as he ran the VIN, he recognized the vehicle. Told me he hAd been the former owners service advisor and that the guy had been a maniac about service. Gave me a print out of the work the dealership had performed ( documented that the guy WAS a maniac about maintenance--was there evey 3000 miles).
In short, I believe you have a pretty good shot of finding out what Dealership work was done on your vehicle if your vehicle is a local vehicle.
One other thing-What tipped me to the fact that the vehicle was well serviced was the CarFax report that I ordered before I bought it. Under the "detailed vehicle history" tab was a page and a half of service visits providing general information as to what was done. Did you get a car fax report on your vehicle? If mnot, go online and join. Then run a report on your car.
