I haven't been around for a while cuz I've been really busy with all my school work and RA stuff. I have finally come to the realization that I do way too much studying than is good for me. Anyway, I'm up late b/c my last "round" in the dorm isn't until 2AM. I'm dead broke cuz I used all my money to buy the bronco this summer and pay for my books, but as soon as I get a chance I'd like to put a patch panel that I have already ordered on the bronco. She's runnin good though, except for the low idle that causes it to die before it gets warmed up. No biggie. Weekend before last Ryan taught me how to change the oil on the truck. I'm pretty proud of that now.
I'm here.
Recently joined the MO board.
Just bought a 60 F100 longbed last week from Willow Springs area.
It is running with stock 223 engine and 3 on the tree.
I plan to keep it that way, work on the things to get her road ready and then use it as a daily driver.
My 48 is a ground up rebuild and has slowly been progressing for the last 3 years. You could call it a hobby or at least my personnal island away from all the real world stuff.
I am still around, just not online much. I ended up on dialysis and its been rough. My 56 is completely on hold. She has not been driven in a few months now (brakes are out).
Brian, I been getting down to Mountain Home about once a month for the last 4 months. My wife's business takes us down there. I sure do see a lot of roadsters down there on the weekends. It is good to see folks sharing the beauty.
What is the F100 club? Where is it at? Maybe my 60 will be trustworthy enough I can attend a few gatherings.
