Hey, Guys it's awfully quiet in here. I just got back from taking a 70 F100 up to NY. We had a couple of snow and ice storms up there. Took about $250 in gas to come down. And $3.00 in quarters to wash the salt off. A few years ago it was around $200 round trip. Oh well, spring is coming...
Your trip experience kinda throws water on my enthusiasm to bid for a '56 cab (on fleabay) that's in northern Indiana. Gas to go fetch it would more than double the price. Oh, well.
Actually, it's quiet in here because everyone is working 2 jobs so we can afford to buy the gas to go get parts to FIX our old trucks. And kjett, who's got time to listen for crickets? Seems to me you're doing more listening than working!
I must not be a redneck. I don't own enough of these great old Ford trucks to do any landscapping in my front yard. Besides, the wife wouldn't let me!!!
Henry, you are always welcome to come up and drink some beer with us!! I was actually talking to Steve, sine he has the re-build specs in hand from his recent adventures...

BTW...... May 25@ Mountainview. That's the date on their site. Is that correct? Mostly it said " Updating "........................
25 is the Mountainview 1st date, I can't make that race as I will be at the Pentagon for Rolling Thunder. I volunteer there every year since I got out of the Military, helping fix the broken bike of the vets and supporters. My way of supporting the cause!
