Lubrication points

I have generally been changing my own oil on my '02 Ranger 2.3L for the last three years. (Twice to a lube shop during winters.) Are there lubrication points I should be concerned about, or is that a thing of the past?

well replaced ujoints, ball joints, tire rods, upper and lower a arms. if there are none there then dont worry about it

Nope. All original. Still only 37,500 miles on it, so haven't had to do that maintenance yet.
