Factory Amp output?

Does anyone know about what the RMS output of the factory amp in my '91 Explorer is? Im debating on if i should bypass it and run the speakers off of my head unit, or keep using it. I am using the stock speakers for the time being but they are getting chunked very soon. Thanks.

I thought it was a bit on the low side, so a good headunit will most likely outperform it by quite a bit. That defiantely rules out usin the thing. That will also free up the remote amp wire so i won't have it spliced anymore lol.Thanks.
