i got my edge evo II for my 03 f150today and it has been saying it is initiating or whatever for like 25minutes..... how long does it take? or am i doing something wrong?

 

I don't think it should take that long. Seems like it took 5 to 10 minutes total
(configuring, reading, writing) first time after installation. I did have mine freeze up once - luckily it wasn't writing anything to the PCM at the time.
