I have never heard of Diesel West. I did a serch on eBay and couldn't come up with anything. I'd be really leery of a cheap chip from eBay. You could do some serious damage to your engine with a poorly designed chip.
It looks like an 18k mod with an adjustable rheostat. It has an on/off switch, and a relay for on/off with the pedal. If I'm right, you can build it for less than $10. There isn't a chip involved, just a resistor.

I looked at that thing too, and I have no idea where it hooks up to. I don't recognize that plug. And the wires from the **** to the plug are pretty short, so it must hook up somewhere under the dash. Personally, I'd stay away from it. Like Joe said, you can build a mod much cheaper than that.
It does not say and that should be the first warning. No details whatsoever, just get me, I'm the heat. Skip that thing please, if it's a 10K, just make your own but I wouldn't even do that. Why when chips are so reasonable nowadays?
