Don't know if you're still looking or already bought the rear but figured I'd give my opinion since no one else has. If the spline & gears are decent, I'd say $200 is a real good price.
We paid $150 just for the spline & gears at a swap meet. This was higher than they were asking for the gear ratio your looking at, but the 3.50's were still going for $100+.
Thanks for the help, I am still contemplating it because I would liek to buy one with posi alreayd in it but who knows. It does seem cheap and I knwo the person so i am not worried if it will be crap or not. That is $200 canadian as well so I think I will go for it.

I know this is late, but $200 for an entire 9" axle w/ limited slip is a great price (if it's in good shape). I wanted a LS 3rd member and that alone was $150.
By the way, Limited Slip and Posi are the same thing. LS or "Track Loc" are Ford's terms and Posi is a GM term. They both do the same thing though. If you're talking about a solid axle, a spool or mini-spool is the way to go.
