How Much Can You Bench?

Well, it has been quite a while. I used to be in the Gym everyday, until my daughter was born. Babies change everthing.
I doubt I could get 200 lbs. up now, but when I stopped working out about two years ago I weighed 190 lbs. at 5' 7" tall, my bench press max was 335 lbs. I typically worked out in the 275 lb range.

I tied the New York state record when I was in 11th grade. 275 @ 158lbs. Now I'm 205 and can probably put up close to 400. I am trying to squat 500 in a couple weeks. I am 5'8" 205 with about 10% bodyfat. I bust my *** in the gym!!!! Natural!

Funny, well myself not too much I think it was 245# back at least ten years ago but I had a student who did 460# he was trying to beat the CA state high school record or 475#. I hate lifting weights.
