I have been adding to my tool-boxes....
Every so often we meet a man or lady who influences us and can teach us a lot, and where I am now working this is even more true than some places. We have a guy who is an absolute genius with body work, and a tool truck showed up today with massive discounts on all sorts of equipment.
I now own (in addition to a smaller 'touch up gun' a full bore paint gun that "J" assured me was worth at least $300.oo - and I got it AND a regulator and water trap, for a mere $30.oo (thirty bucks!).
"J" also tuned and tweaked it based on his own experience and told me that when I am ready to start shooting loads of primer to come see him or at least talk at him...
This is very cool!
My world is soon to begin "raining rivers of very bright colours"...
ILYGTY!

We can order whatever I need through the shop itself at professional rates. All I need is "J" to guide me on what the "RIGHT STUFF" is....
We wheelin' and dealin'....

An unusable garage. Oh sure it's full of "good stuff" that "might" or "could" be used "someday". Like that piece of steel, can't chuck that cuz I might need it for a gussett. Or those 29 pieces of random length 2x4's, can't be chucking those, no telling how many things I might need to brace with that stuff.
Wonder where I can move things to make room for the tool boxes, mmmmm....need more tool boxes to. All those tools piled on the top tray need a home. Clean out the Knaack box, that'll make room for something. Oh wait, it's full of......yep you guessed it......TOOLS......some of em need just a bit of work...brushes in this one, that one needs a cord or trigger, can't just chuck a TOOL!!!
Ahhhh......shelves are the answer. Got all that wall space just doing nothing, so up go shelves. Shelves are now full and still there is no place to put the "tools" that just had to be bought.....round and round we go

I've been "cleaning" the garage for a week now. Thrown out what I thought was enough stuff to make room a long nose Pete, yet I still have just an aisle to get from one side of the garage to the other. Gonna be tough to get the pickup parked in there to do that body work....maybe the overspray will behave and only go where it needs to and if not...well that bench or shelf needed paint anyway....didn't it???
Good luck on your "tool box filling" Wolfie!!!

Why on earth should I pay someone else for a cheaply made MONSTER TOOL BOX when I can get a few drawer slides and cobble it together MYSELF???
Should I follow my natural instincts however, it will require a one ton suspension...
