I have a '61 Unibody and I am planning on turning it into a custom with modern conveniences. Does anyone know of a lower, better riding frame that has the same track width and wheelbase? I am thinking that a older LTD or similar frame and drive train/accesories would make this truck a real nice ride.
Yes I am willing to loose the bed for the rear axle "kick-up". It's not in very good shape anyway.
I have the tools and skills to do almost anything.
Any thoughts?
