Help! Oil Everywhere!

Well, the truck ran rough intermittenly until yesterday afternoon. Since then the check engine light has stayed off and seems to just fine except for the throttle problem that occured after changing the fuel filter. I am thinking that I had some air it the system as well but it sure took it's time getting burned up. It was also strange that the check engine light would come on when it was running smooth and when it was off it felt like the engine was doing jumping jacks in the engine compartment. Any way that seems to be over for now. Thanks for all your help everyone.
