Cup holder module removal?

Cup holder module removal?
Is there a secret to this? I removed the two screws, but it just won't come out regardless of how hard I tug. There is nothing on the new module that would indicate there is anything else holding it in.

The little tray with the hook bellow it must come out so you can get to the other three bolts. I think two can be accessed with with the cup holder in, the last one you will need to extend the cupholder for.

Agreed, however I thought there was only two "inside" the cup holder. It shouldn't be too hard to get out, just get the right size socket and an extention and it's easy.
