I did drivers side right below the brake vacume booster. Be careful there, however, because you deffanitely dont want to drill into your vacume booster.
If your truck is an Auto, there should be a semi oval section where there would otherwise have been a clutch assy. You could run it through that, I know on the superduties there is a rubber grommet passenger side under the heater box. If pull the carpet back, then lifted up the black rubber coming down from the heater core along the fire wall, there is a small oval grommet there. I don't know if there is the same thing on the SuperCrew or not.
