03 Expy Hesitates

Hi everyone, this ones driving me crazy. I have an 03 Expy w/ 80K miles on it that I love. About a month ago the truck started to hesitate where it almost completely stalls. It happens both when I am at a traffic light and the light turns green and I slowly accelerate. As I accelerate the car revs up to about 1700 RPMs and then drops to almost zero. This happens for a split second. It also happens when I'm on the freeway going 65 MPH just crusiing and suddenly you feel the car lose power for a split second and then gain power back. So you feel a huge jerking motion in both cases. The problem doesn't happen all the time it's very sporatic.

I took the truck to the dealer and they couldn't find anything wrong, they test drove it for 3 days and still nada. Now I am in search of an expert on this forum to guide me to what could be the reason. Thanks for any help you can provide.

don't know anything about your problem myself, but i do know there have been a LOT of other peeps with hesitation problems. a search of "hesitation" might give you some leads.
