C6ME-A decode, please

Need help decoding C6ME-A. Found on the right side of the block, below the exhaust manifold. Believed to be a 352. Thanks!

It looks like it could be a 352, 390, 410, or a 428 block. A date code would help, but with those choices a bore measurement is needed.

It can be any of the above. Bore measurement is the only way to tell. Crank ID also is a factor.

The C6 says it's from 1966 and the M means from a Mercury so I doubt the motor is from a truck and the E means Engine. And in 1966 Mercury did not use a 352. 390s, 410s and 428s only.
