rim question

hi guys um trying to figure this out, im looking at going to the outlaw II rims from american racing. My tire size is 31 X 10.50 r 15. The rims im looking at are 8 inchs wide, 3.75 back space and - 19.00mm offset. The current stock rims are only 6 inchs wide they just are no good wiht the 31 tires. Plus the rub the radius arm. im trying to figure out if these new rims are still gonna rub and what the offset means. any help would be greatly appreciated.

The offset of a wheel is the distance from its hub mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel.

aftermarket wheels should keep the tires from scrubbing but its hard to tell without having them on
