Thanks for the reply, no performance issues that I have noticed. Like longhair's problem was I would drive along in heavy rain and the CEL would come on then go away and do that for a few more cycles.
The ECT was changed 4 years ago and I notice no startup issues.
Should I also note that when I ran the test the engine was cold and the air temp outside was about 30F.

A wild guess here; maybe the HEGO sensor. Something similar happened to my van once, except it was right after some hard driving up a steep hill in very cold weather. The light came on, but the engine seemed to run fine. It would go on and off intermittently until Ford scanned the EEC and replaced the sensor.
