I just got 0% for 60 months with $1000 down on an '06 Screw 4X4. I had a chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2000 so my credit score is average, around 670-680. They need to sell trucks in a bad way. Unless your recent credit history is full of late payments you'll get financing, along with thousands of dollars off the sticker price. Ask your salesman of businesses in the area that qualify for the X plan, it's not limited to direct employees of Ford. The odds are you have friends or family who can get you a pin.

My sister just agreed on an 06 F250 Tuesday night. According to the salesperson the 0% for 72 months is on 06's. She was most happy and grabbed that option immediatley. She should be taking delivery Friday.

So what's the catch? Do they require a large downpayment or something? Can I just walk in, pick what I want and get the 0%?

That's pretty much it- have something remotely resembling a decent credit rating. They've been buying pretty deep, so the word "good" foesn't even enter into the conversation.
