tow mirror upgrade?

I have the small power mirrors on my lariat, I was wondering if the power tow mirrors on ebay will work with my wiring? Will the telescoping feature work or just moving the mirrors around like I can do now(on stock controls), thanks

does your truck have the round or square plug? those look like aftermarket. they will telescope in and out, put you have to do it manually. Same with the forward folding feature. Aftermarket mirrors VIBRATE A LOT going down the road.

I had oem manual tow mirrors (nontelescopic) and upgraded to the ones I have now. I went oem since all my buddies with aftermarkets complained so much about the quality and the vibration.

hmmm didnt consider that (good point!). something to think about before buying the ebay ones. The oem ones are soooo expensive though!

Note that the mirrors you're looking at are 'SINGLE SWING' only , i.e. they fold to the rear only, not to the front. Sometimes, like in a parking lot, that's not a good thing. Keep searching, it took me a while, but I did get the real thing at a decent price and I think the wait was worth it.
