Wiring q's
Hey, i need a lil help with my tach, I know what wire goes 2 what, but I need help with hookin it up
What wire can I tie my POWER(red) wire in to so it only works when the key in ON?
Does the TACH(green) go to the neg side of the coil?
what wire do I tie my LIGHT(white) wire in to so that the tach lights up with my dash??
As for the GROUND(black) wire, can it be a chassis GROUND, or does it have to be direct to the negative of the battery??

Red Power to the 3-way yellow connector behind the instrument cluster.
see the Radio thread
Green wire to neg side of coil.
On the horseshoe connector attached to the coil ...it says TACH right on it.
The white wire gets spliced into the blue/red striped wire behind the instrument cluster or down near the headlight switch.
Ground wire
I don't know where you are installing the tach but anywhere there is metal on the dash or the bracket behind it is good.

3 way yellow connector?????????? what color wire???
the tach is strapped 2 the colomn up against the dash..........all the wires were alreay run thru one of the holes in the firewall, the tach wire i kinda figuered....thanx mil
