If you replaced all 8 with new ones you no longer have a LL injector (if you ever did). On mine it was very easy to identify the LL. The tag on the solenoid pack was a different color, and the part number was different. Physically, there is no difference between a LL and an AD.
I didnt purchase brand new ones. I got these from another forum member that put them in and then blew up his motor. These injectors had less then 3 k when he sent the motor back and kept these. His engine was a 01 I think. The truck runs great, well it did and all I hear is the injector in 8 but no different then before. Now, anyone know what a bent rod sounds like? Ive got a vibration that is really noticeable at 2100 rpm and really bad on a downshift and up to 3k. I dont think I bent anything just wondering how to find this vibration now.
Yup, but I think its just junk in the new injector or its a loose connection on my pass side uvc harness. I need to put a new one in, I broke it when putting injectors in and I zipped tied it all fancy like. I dont know why it would start now. Its not missing very bad like it used too. Well, troubleshooting is what Im good at so here goes. Hard to do on the road but everything seems to happen to me while im out.
