I think I read somewhere ya got a cloyes double roller setup so it wont have the retard built in, normally there will be a selection for 4 retarted, straight up and 4 advanced so going straight up will do the same as going with the early factory set.
A gasket set, rtv,gear puller for the crank gear, some anti freeze and stuff for an oil change should be all ya need for the timing gear change.
