The interior door handles are different, since they also actuate the door locks. I don't think that there was any difference in the exterior handles.
Other differences are the heater controls, radio opening, rear view mirror mount (although probably not on that truck), hood badges, and minor design differences in the pedals.
Not only are the interior door handles different, but the doors are different too. The reason for the odd 1967 doors had to do with the door locks. A new US Gov't safety standard went into effect in 1968, so Ford had to change the entire locking mechanism in order to comply, and this meant changing the doors/latches/handles in 1968.
btw...the turn signal switch = C9TZ-13341-C fits all 1967's; 1968's; and 1969's till serial # G30,001.
