'96 Explorer subwoofer replacement

'96 Explorer subwoofer replacement
The subwoofer is way in the back on the passenger side. Need to replace blown speaker, I can't figure out how to remove the speaker grill from the main side panel without breaking off the tabs that hold it on.

When you try to remove the grill go slowly by using a screwdriver and go along where the tabs are at. Then if you got a screw in the middle of the speaker you have to take the whole panel off a little just around the speaker area then begin work to take out. It took me bout an hour to do it's easy just be careful with the grill that's all
