Where can I find a smaller steering wheel to fit my 62
I have had no luck. Some parts stores sell the 10 to 13"
steering wheels but not the kit to mount it. I have had
no luck at the junk yards either.

The kit for a 62 would be Part no. 4266 and if your parts place carries the steering wheel mounting kit.
