Can someone point me to a place to get the shop manuals (and others if they exist) for a 1966 F100.

I bought the Detroit Iron Ford Truck Shop Manuals on CD-ROM through the 'shop' menu at the top of this site, but can't seem to locate them there anymore. Detroit Iron has their own site that lists distributors though.

Watch the every changing ebay; got my 65 set and seem to resently seen a 66 set on there.
Prices vary by sellers knowledge.
