2002 E150 Blend door problem?
It's been hot in the midwest, two days ago in the middle of an errand I started the vehicle and no airflow. Plenty of fan noise but the only vents that appear to be working at all are the defrost vents. This is a 2002, I found forums describing late 90's blend door problems, and I think I found the white box with an electrical connector and a acutator arm but knocking on it does nothing. To what degree do I have to tear this apart to diagnose?

Do search on this site for this problem. I don't remember where I saw it but there is an article posted here and it shows you how to fix that door. The article has lots of good pictures and it shows how to fix the door without removing much at all.
