I had a hard time finding videos of my CD player. So i just made a video myself. It shows how to remove the 6-disk CD player and how to remove the jammed disks.

CD Error Ford Freestyle on battery disconnect

I have a similar problem on my 2005 Ford Freestyle twice now with CDs getting stuck after disconnecting the battery. I have tried clearing the DTC codes which might help but what seems to work is to get the interior hot with daytime summer heat which seems to limbre up the servos in the stereo and it eventually spits out the CD using the eject button. The Shaker style Ford stereo seems to always malfunction when CDs are left in with a battery disconnect. Anyway that's what has worked for me in any case.
