6x8 are the size...
The make/model of speaker really depends on the budget..
Right off the top of my head...
Boston Acoustics S55 ...by using a speaker mounting adapter plate
Infinity Kappas 682.7 cf... 6810cs(components)
Kicker....? 055KS69 (or 68??)
Prices are goin to range anywhere from 80bux.... to surpassing the 600$ mark...
Im my past experiences with helping one to shop for speakers, I try to direct them to websites and online stores that have the "shoppers review" area this way your getting a wide range of "honest" responses from other individuals with varying tastes of music.
For removal...
The fronts; the grill pops off.. Start with a screwdriver like tool, with a piece of tape or thin rag over the tip and start with the bottom (covers any "first-time" scratches)
Place the screwdriver tip in the gap...and pull out...
Once you see it pulling out jus lightly grasp that edge and work your way around by hand.. You should be able to see the mounting screws/speakers at that time.

I have yet to touch the SC rear door speakers, but a one of my techs have. They mentioned they had to remove the panel. Now wether or not its the same as the front; by lifting out, or if its like my rear doors on my re/cab that have actual metal & plastic panel clips.
I've noticed more and more on the newer cars that the panel clips are getting further and further in-ward...
I've also noticed that Ford likes to put screws at the bottom of the door. so I'm sure you've got 2 down at the bttm and possibly behind a door/armrest. I'll see If I can get a Real write-up from one of my techs...
