speaker specifications
I have a stock am/fm cassett with two 6" door panel speakers.
The speakers say premium sound on the back. What watt, ohm & ounze are these speakers? What is the output of the radio? Will two way speakers be OK to replace the stock speakers?

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 10-Oct-02 AT 06:45 PM (EST)]what yr and what make is it? i believe the premium has an amp and it rated 40x4 and the speakers amount to a good paper weight...almost all car speakers are 4ohms and 2-way or coaxels are good, but try to look for a good set of 3-ways.

1st off u need an amp that is bridgable. it will usually say so on the box, specs, etc. all u do is tkae on positive from on side or channel and a negative from the other. u can then get more output from the amp.
