i need some help with a question. i have a 1966 f-100 4X4 longbox with a np435 and dana modle 20 t/c. my question is do i need to take the cross member out to remove the trany to get to replace the clutch? the chiltons says no just remove the drive shaft and slide the trany back and then it come out. 1 more question do i have to seperate the trany from the t/c to get it out.
