Question

Subwoofer removal/replacement

I have a 98 Exploder with the Mahc Audio system and the subwoofer finally blew out. I have an 8" MTX replacement ready but I can't get the factory subwoofer out of the mount. All bolts on the sub and the front grill have been removed. Any hints or help would be appreciated.
