Rechargeable Spotlight Schematics

I have a Chicago Electric Spotlight (#42417), anyway, the recharge port melted on it, then me and the light had a disagreement....and, well, it lost. ANyway, i have all the parts for it, but the wiring inside is...uhm...gone.

I assume all of the rechargeable lights have similar wiring. There is a little circuit board inside, and i have all the parts, but i dont know where ANY of the wires go between the board, charge port, switch, and bulb.

Does anyone have any schematics or wiring diagrams or anything to help me solder some wires back on it and maybe fix the result of a short temper?

Question hhnnmm.....

They seem to have a schematic on thier manual... its just a wide b&w pictorial with misc. connections. They have a 1800# on there too... it might be worth-while to give'em a call to see if they have something more detailed??

no, that is fan dam tastic guys.

The only thing that would make it better would be wire color. I can use this. THANKS!!! Maybe ill call them anyway and see if i can get some wire colors out of them. I dont want to expend too much effort, after all, I broke it, and it was only 10 bucks. Its kinda fun to fix though.

I kinda have a few wire color fragments left on some parts, and i figure as long as any two wires on the same spot are ths same color, i should be good.

Well, i took a stab at it tonight. The manual show 2 wires coming off the circuit board, where i clearly had 4 wires coming off. I have no idea where they went or where they go.

If they can't help me, and i have a feeling they wont, then ill have to go get another one from harbor freight, take it apart, use it as reference to fix mine, and then take it back.

OK....
Here is what i have. The manual is in the link above, so if anyone wants to help me work this out, i would greatly appreciate it.
HEre is a pic of the board, and i drew red where the red wires presumably go, and a ?? where i THINK a black one goes. Now, i have NO IDEA how that ties into the schematic in the PDF.....so if some of you electrical guys can help, maybe i can get this thing back together.

Suppose no luck eh?
Off the top of my head... (its been too long since I touched PCBs)
I would think that you should have a set (red/blk) wires from each paired side off the board?

So it looks like you were on the right path?
