Question Drivers low beam headlight doesn't light

I have a 1995 Ford Explore and the drivers side Low beam headlight stopped working. Prior to stopping it was intermitten. I have checked all fuses and they are good. Viewing the schematic it appears that there is a direct wire from the fuse panel to the light socket. I have checked for 12vdc at fuse #4 and it is there. I have checked continuity from the load side of the fuse panel to the light and it is open. Can anyone tell me if the wht/lt grn wire on the fuse and at the light is a direct connection?

Um, not to state the obvious, but is the bulb good? It didn't burn out, did it? You didn't mention whether you checked / changed the bulb.

Yes, a bulb would have been too easy. I found the problem. It was a cold solder joint on the printed circuit board of the Lamp Out Module (LOM). Thanks for responding.
