I have a local guy who takes my oil, I guess he would also take the tranny fluid if I asked. Do you have to keep them separate or do you put them in the same container?
Those of us "lucky" enough to live in the People's Republic of Massachusetts are allowed to take the used oil back to the point of purchase and they are either required to take it or have an arrangement for where it can be taken for free disposal. AutoZones around here take up to 24 quarts at a time.
My city has a pretty good public works facility where we can take used motor oil in any quantity and they take it. I think they use it in the furnace to heat the place in the winter. I'm not sure if they take used tranny fluid (officially) but I pour it all into one five-gallon container and then transfer it to the quart bottles. It all goes there.

I dump them in the same container. But check with whoever is willing to take your waste. For bio-diesel, I could probably dump anything in the container that resembles an oil.
