Need your oppinion!!!
I have a 99 extended cab with 3:73 LS and 35 inch tires. Im going to get new gears soon and wanted to know what gear ratio would be a good comprimise of power and fuel econamy, im going to eventually put 37 so that plays alot into cosideration, im not shure if i want 4:30 or 4:56 any advice would be greatly appreciated

If you are going with 37" tires...and plan any kind of towing (boat, camper, utility trailor, etc.), then IMHO...you should go with the 4.88s.
Your V10 will thank you for it.

i dont tow a hole lot right now but will in the furure im shure, i just think it might be 6 months or so before i get larger tires im kind of waiting for a little more wear on my 35s i guess well see when the time comes. again thanks ill probablly go with the 4:88 i can deal with the high rpm for little while.

4:88 should still be a good ratio if i go with a 38 or 39.5 inch tire or should i go lower if i decide to go that big

I changed my 3.73 to 4.56 and i have 35" tires and I like change, it really woke up my truck and it does alot better pulling my 9000 pound toy hauler.
